Calling Back Our Life Force: A Journey Beyond Fear
Community Healing Circle | October 20, 2026 | 35-Minute Guided Healing Journey
This community healing journey explores our relationship with fear and invites us to reclaim the life force, vitality, and personal power we may have surrendered to fearful experiences throughout our lives.
Fear has wisdom. It can protect us, alert us to danger, and help us navigate the world. Yet fear can also become something that consumes our attention and energy long after the circumstances that created it have passed. The intention of this gathering is not to eliminate fear, but to distinguish between the fear that serves us and the fear that no longer supports our well-being.
Through a carefully established spiritual container, we call upon loving, compassionate, and benevolent helping spirits, ancestors, and guides to assist in the retrieval of our energy from experiences and memories where fear has continued to hold influence.
The Journey
Our journey begins at twilight, beneath an ever-darkening sky, with a great volcano rising in the distance. Together, we descend into a ravine where warmth emanates from the earth and crystalline tears flow from the surrounding walls.
These tears carry the emotional history of humanity and the Earth herself. Within them are grief, joy, childbirth, protection, tenderness, and the powerful instinct to nurture and preserve life. The presence of grandmothers, mothers, sisters, and ancestral caretakers accompanies us as we move through this landscape, reminding us of the many ways life has been loved, protected, and sustained.
As we approach the volcano, each participant is invited to find their own place within its powerful presence. Some climb toward its summit, others rest in meditation against its walls, while others are drawn toward the extraordinary beauty and intensity of its molten lava.
Here, the purpose of our journey becomes clear.
The Earth holds the history of the moments when fear caused us to withdraw from ourselves—when we dissociated, abandoned our bodies, or separated from our own vitality as a means of protection. Some of these experiences may belong to our present lifetime, while others may arise through imagery associated with ancestral or past-life memories.
Rather than attempting to erase or change these experiences, the guiding spirits introduce a process called archiving.
Archiving allows us to preserve the wisdom, learning, and growth that emerged from difficult experiences without continuing to animate those memories with our emotional energy and life force. Like a book placed upon a shelf, the story remains part of our history, but it no longer needs to be actively lived.
We can remember what happened without continuing to live inside the fear of it.
At the volcano, we begin calling back the energy that belongs to us. For some, this retrieval arrives as warmth, breath, mist, or a sensation of vitality returning to the body. For others, it comes through curiosity, delight, wonder, prayer, or the powerful act of calling their own name into the volcanic landscape.
Each person is invited to receive in the way that feels most natural, recognizing that the strength, vitality, and life force engaged during fearful experiences can be welcomed home.
Returning With More of Ourselves
As our individual retrievals come to completion, we gather again at the base of the volcano, acknowledging the power of coming together with a shared intention to heal.
We offer our gratitude to the volcano and begin our return through the ravine. The heat has subsided, the crystalline tears are returning to their solid form, and the coolness of night surrounds us.
At the edge of the ravine, an unexpected image emerges: hundreds, perhaps thousands, of shoes left behind by others who have traveled this same path.
The image offers a beautiful reminder that we are not alone in our desire to reclaim ourselves. Many people are seeking the return of their vitality, their personal power, their soul essence, and their connection to the divine.
Our journey concludes by calling every participant fully back into their physical body, releasing the spiritual container, and offering gratitude for the assistance received. We ask that any changes arising from the healing unfold with grace, ease, integrity, and respect for the free will and highest good of everyone involved.
An Invitation to Listen
This recording offers an opportunity to participate in the journey through your own imagination, awareness, and personal relationship with the imagery.
You may follow the narrated vision exactly as it unfolds, or you may discover that your own inner landscape offers different images, sensations, memories, or understandings. There is room for each person's experience within the shared intention.
At the heart of this healing is a simple invitation:
To honor what we have lived through, retain the wisdom it has given us, and reclaim the parts of ourselves that no longer need to remain bound to fear.
We return to our lives carrying the possibility of greater wholeness, agency, and vitality—taking with us more of ourselves than we arrived with.
A Note About the Recording
This recording ends somewhat abruptly to protect the privacy and identities of those who participated in the live gathering.
As you complete your own journey, I invite you to take a few moments to return fully to your physical body. Feel yourself coming back from the journey space, bringing with you all that belongs to you. Offer your gratitude to the loving spirits, guides, and helping beings who gathered, and consciously release the spiritual container created for this experience, allowing everyone to return to where they belong.
You may wish to close by asking that any healing, shifts, or changes arising from this journey unfold with grace and ease, with integrity, and in ways that create win-win outcomes for everyone involved and connected, in accordance with the highest good and free will of all.
Take your time returning to the present moment, allowing yourself to settle into your body and your surroundings before continuing with your day.
